Meet Nicole Moran
Beginning as Cake’s very first Intern, Nicole quickly impressed everyone as she displayed her passion for cake design. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Baking and Pastry Arts Degree from Johnson and Wales University, Nicole was ready to get her foot in the door and her cakes out of it!
Stemming from an art-oriented family, Nicole always felt the need to create, and has expressed her love for all things dessert since she was just a little girl. In her free time, Nicole can be found spending time with her fiancé and her rescue pups – Ms. Meats and Benji.
